1. Do you accept OEM orders? Can you design the product per customer’s requirement?

Answer: Yes, we accept OEM order, and design the product according to customer’s requirement and also provide reliable after-sales service.

 

2.How to order?

2. We make Performa Invoice to you.

3. Please check and confirm the Performa Invoice.

4.Once we confirmed the order, please pay it soon.

5. After payment , all goods will be sent to you within 3 working days as usual.

 

3.What is the warranty? 

Answer:

1.2 year guarantee. IF your purchase do not meet merchantable quality, fitness for purpose or match the description, We can make sure your issues are resolved .

2. For wrong shipped items, Please contact us, We will arrange to deliver the correct items Or return all your payment.

3. For defective or faulty products, please contact us first, We will resolved your issues, thanks a lot!

 

4.If this was not I want, what should I do?

Answer: If you find this is not exactly meet what you need. Please send us emails about your inquiry details. We will give you solution within 2 hours!  Or call us right now!

 

5. How long will you ship after payment is made? And how long can we get the products after shipment?

Answer: Usually orders of the regular products, except the hot sellers can be arranged within 24 to 72 hours and products can be expected to be received within 5 to 7 working days, excluding the remote areas.

 

6. What’s the delivery for OEM orders?

Answer: For OEM orders except for the non-regular products, the delivery is about 30 working days after the deposit is made.

 

7. How is the shipping fee calculated?

Answer: The shipping fee is calculated based on both the weight and volume. We work with international logistics, such as UPS, DHL, TNT, FedEx, etc and will provide the fastest delivery with lowest cost. The shipping fee is charged according to the standards set by the logistics company.

 

8. What’s the payment method?

Answer: PayPal, and bank transfer are acceptable.

 

9. Will Quick Charger damage my smart phone’s battery?

Answer: Quick Charger operates within the design parameters of most smart phones batteries. It is just charging the battery the way it is designed to be charged. Device manufacturers build smart phones with a specific battery that can accept a specific level of charge. The battery size and maximum current of each battery are specifications made by the manufacturer and can vary from smart phone to smart phone, tablet to tablet and so on.

However, traditional battery charging technology does not come close to the full power requirements of today's large batteries. Quick Charger is designed to allow device manufacturers to achieve the full rated capability of the batteries they choose while still meeting the performance and safety standards set by the battery manufacturer.

 

10. Why does the spec show there is a range of output voltage rather than set values? Would this affect my phones negatively?

Answer: No negative effects at all. It adjusts itself to your phones maximum input, to make sure fastest charge your device can receive.

 

11. Is the material of charger shell fireproof?

Answer: All product shell is made of fireproof material, and accidents won't happen even in complex situations

 

12. My device doesn't have Quick Charge. Is there any way I can get it?

Answer: Unfortunately not. Qualcomm Quick Charge technology is designed into a product by the manufacturer. While the good news is that there is a wide and ever growing list of phones, tablets, mobile routers, and applications that do support Quick Charge technology. Also, since Quick Charge is compatible and interoperable, a certified adapter can be used with a non-Quick Charge device, though the fast charging benefits of Quick Charge will not be available.

 

13. What's the difference between micro usb cables that are 2.0 and 3.0? Are they the same physical connectors?

Answer: Micro usb cables that are usb 3.0 have an extra connector right next to the normal one, you can use a micro usb 2.0 on on 3.0 devices but not the other way around.
